To embrace positivity, you first must clear the negativity. Your subconscious mind holds onto thoughts and emotions that weigh you down. They stay with you, silently influencing your every action. But you can take control.
Start with “The Secret To Peace.” Take a pen and write down every negative thought and emotion. Whatever bothers you, however deep it goes, write it out. Don’t hold back. This is your chance to release it.
Now, destroy the paper. Shred it, tear it, or—if you feel bold—burn it. There’s power in the act of destruction. As the paper burns or crumbles, you’re letting go. The negativity is gone. You’ve cast it out.
Once you’ve cleared your mind, take a deep breath. Meditate. Focus on your breath. Let the positive thoughts flow in. You’ve made space for peace and possibility. Embrace positivity. It’s your turn now.
